Anju was slightly pulling at her sleeve nervous, she didn't know how to act around him right now. She felt highly awkward, she was pretty much being stupid like the other girls who madly fell in love. But it was only a crush . . .only a crush . .

So she turned around and smiled to Kaname pretending nothing was wrong.

He gave her a curious look.

Anju caught the look and was beginning to get nervous.

"Ehh, what?" She asked wondering why he was looking at her like that.

He blinked and stared at her for a few more moments before shaking his head slightly. "It's nothing."

"Are you sure?" She asked curiously.

He nodded, just barely visible. "Yeah."

Anju blinked then glanced to the side for a moment.

"Kaname?" She questioned curious.

Kaname blinked. "Hm?"

"Why are you so nice to me?" She asked.

He blinked. That definitely wasn't a question he wanted to answer. He sighed and looked at the floor. "I don't know how to answer that."

Anju looked to him for a moment then shrugged looking the other way knowing she might as well give up on this questionable crush.

"That bite mark," he muttered after several long moments of silence. "Take a wild guess. I wasn't just thirsty when I bit you." He glanced at her. His eyes were filled with guilt... and something else.

"You were . .hungry?" She questioned clueless.

Kaname sighed. "No." He didn't want to say that by biting her he had claimed her as him own.

Anju blinked curious.

"Umm . . .you were . .i don't know."

Kaname sighed, rubbed his forehead gently, and looked the opposite direction. He said, just barely able to be heard, "I was claiming you."

Anju blinked and just barely heard it, and only caught 'claiming you'. After some thinking she blushed getting it and nervously looked to the floor.

"O-Oh . ."

He sighed.

"W-Why?" She asked softly, glancing to him.

Kaname remained silent, but the silence implied what he did not want to say.

Anju continued to watch him, just waiting. She wasn't sure if her guess was right or not, and she did want him to say it.

Kaname glanced at her, then away, then back. He sighed and, instead of saying anything, leaned over and pressed his lips to hers gently.

Anju blinked and slowly felt her face grow hot, her eyes were slightly wide open. But they slowly closed as she took in the moment, although hesitant; she did press her lips back to his.

Kaname slowly wrapped an arm around her waist, pulling her closer to him.

Anju only felt her temperature rise at the close contact, her heart pounding against her chest. She shyly pressed her lips more to his.
